The featured nonprofit of the month at 2 Friends Gallery is the Anchorage Library Foundation. 10% of the proceeds in April will go to the Library Foundation's programs to support the long-term growth of our great Anchorage Public Library!

donate to the Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center, 2 Friends will give you 10% off
anything in the gallery!
But the funnest part is, I get to be the featured First Friday Artist signing copies of my Alaska Animal Alphabet book at 2 Friends Gallery! For those interested in writing children's books, I'll also have on hand the original illustrations, proofs and be sharing the process I used to write, illustrate and publish my children's books!

I think you must be the hardest working artist in Alaska! Every time I read about your alphabet book I am reminded of the book One Yellow Lion, that I read to Wesley when she was little. I still have all of her books. Just think, your book will be around for years in houses like ours, where we never throw away childhood memories :)
